The 26-year-old is to appear in a multi-episode arc on the NBC spy series as Hannah, Entertainment Weekly reports.
She will initially meet the titular character (played by Zachary Levi) on a flight to Paris, before taking on a job at the Buy More store where Chuck is employed.
"Chuck and Hannah definitely have feelings for each other," an insider told the publication.
It was recently reported that Superman Returns star Brandon Routh will guest star on the show as an enigmatic new agent named Shaw, who will serve as a potential love interest for Yvonne Strahovski's Sarah character.
