Obama to make appearance on 'Letterman'

The politician will be a guest on the Monday, September 21 episode of the long-running series, TV Guide reports.
He is said to be the only visitor on the talkshow that evening, while it will mark his return to the CBS programme since being elected into office and his sixth appearance in total.
Earlier this year, Obama became the first sitting president to take part in a late-night interview on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
However, when the head of state appeared, he made a comment about his bowling score that upset Special Olympics organisers.
