Speaking to E! Online's Ted Casablanca at last night's Emmy Awards, the comedian gave his support to the idea of Pattinson guest-hosting the sketch show.
When asked if he wanted the "Twilight hottie" to appear, he replied: "We would love to get Robert Pattinson.
"How dare you tell me he's the hot guy from Twilight... like I don't already know!"
He added: "We're actually hoping if [Rob's] not available, at least his hair will come by and host."
It was previously confirmed that Megan Fox would host the season premiere of the NBC show when it returns to the air on September 26.
