The 87-year-old Golden Girls actress will guest star on the instalment filming this week as herself, according to TV Guide.
30 Rock's Alec Baldwin explained that her inclusion on the Emmy-winning comedy involved a luck-of-the-draw method.
He said: "We all put names in a hat, and we took a vote, if you could have one guest star for the whole season, who would it be?"
Tina Fey recently announced that she would like to see Meryl Streep feature on the sitcom as a love interest for Baldwin's character.
White is to receive a lifetime achievement award from the Screen Actors Guild in a televised ceremony on January 23 next year.
