The former Will & Grace star will appear on the October 29 episode of the Amy Poehler-starring sitcom, TV Guide reports.
The actress is to portray the ex-wife of Poehler's boss on the episode currently filming, according to castmember Rashida Jones.
"She's married to Nick Offerman, who plays Ron Swanson, but they play exes on the show," she said.
The 50-year-old was most recently seen in the movie remake of Fame as teacher Fran Rowan. She also appeared on the small screen earlier this year in the now-cancelled In The Motherhood.
