The six-part series, which is executive produced by comedian Paul Provenza, will see four comedians joining him each episode for a free-wheeling discussion.
Comics including Jonathan Winters, Drew Carey, Robert Klein, Penn Jillette, Martin Mull, Tommy Smothers, Bob Saget, Sandra Bernhard and Andy Dick are also lined up to appear.
Door is due to premiere in 2010.
