Carrie Underwood: An All-Star Holiday Special has been scheduled to air Monday December 7 at 8pm, with a rerun on Tuesday, December 22. Acts including Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley and David Cook are said to be making appearances during the two-hour show.
Glee's initial 13-episode run will conclude on Wednesday, December 9 at 9pm before returning for its back nine episodes in the spring. DC Comics-inspired action drama Human Target will take over the musical comedy's slot from January 2010.
Additionally, a two-part season finale of So You Think You Can Dance has been planned for Tuesday, December 15 and Wednesday, December 16.
