Speaking exclusively to DS, the 31-year-old actor - FBI agent David Sinclair on the CBS crime drama - promised fans that season six will be "volcanic".
"We've all made a vow - this season, season six, will be volcanic," he said. "We're gonna be crazy!"
Asked what viewers can expect from the latest season, which kicked off last month in the US, he added: "Here's what I'm hoping for: more excitement, more thrills, more drama and maybe some steamy love scenes! I'm always trying to convince them that I need some romance.
"Hopefully, there's a way to keep the fans excited - you want to keep them on their toes. We want to keep them guessing about what we're gonna do next."
Numb3rs continues Fridays at 10pm on CBS.
