New '24' spoilers revealed

Warning: This article contains spoilers about the current (fourth) season of 24 which some readers may wish to avoid.

Reiko Aylesworth and Carlos Bernard are returning to 24 in episodes to air Stateside next month, it has been revealed.

The pair - Michelle Dessler and Tony Almeida in the real-time drama - were axed last season as part of a major cast shakeup. Tony was last seen being sent to prison for treason while wife Michelle quit the CTU.

Now both will be returning, beginning with Tony in episode seven, who helps out Jack and Audrey in the field. Michelle will also appear somewhere down the line, having divorced from Tony during his imprisonment.

"It's gonna be wild," Aylesworth told E! News. "I'm excited about coming back."

No word yet on whether Jack's daughter Kim - actress Elisha Cuthbert - will be putting in an appearance before season's end.

24 airs on Sky One in the UK from January 30.
