The father-of-eight, who currently stars in the TLC series Jon & Kate Plus 8, told Entertainment Tonight that rumours of a new reality project are untrue.
"I absolutely will not do any more reality TV in the future," he insisted.
"I don't care what anyone says. From Michael Lohan to anyone else, from Survivor to Amazing Race to whatever is out there!"
Lohan had previously suggested that Gosselin was interested in starring alongside him in a proposed new reality show called Divorced Dad's Club.
TLC recently announced that Jon & Kate Plus 8 would be relaunched as Kate Plus 8 next month, in which Gosselin takes a smaller role.
