The Emmy-winning comedy earned fewer than 5,000 viewers in Germany, reports Variety. The series’ debut was reportedly lower than the lowest forecast of German broadcaster ZDFNeo.
The digital niche channel made the Tina Fey-starring programme its flagship show for its relaunch that promises cutting-edge television in an effort to attract more young male viewers.
It's unknown if ZDFNeo will continue airing 30 Rock. The show is currently in its fourth season on NBC.
