Julianne Moore to guest on '30 Rock'?

Julianne Moore will reportedly appear in a guest star capacity on 30 Rock.

Series star Alec Baldwin suggested that the Children Of Men actress is one of several contenders to play his love interest on the NBC comedy, E! reports.

"I won't say who it is, but someone very near to us may be coming on to play my girlfriend for four episodes," he hinted at a red carpet event.

The actresses in close proximity to the recently-announced co-host of the 2010 Academy Awards included Renée Zellweger, Katie Holmes, Julie Andrews, Becki Newton, Emily Blunt, Diane Kruger, Brenda Strong, Zoe Saldana and Moore.

"You would need to contact NBC for an official answer," her representative said.

Earlier today, it was reported that James Franco will guest as a faux boyfriend for Jane Krakowski's Jenna character.
