Underwood returning to 'Christine'

Blair Underwood is to reprise the role of Daniel Harris on the CBS comedy The New Adventures of Old Christine.

The 45-year-old actor is slated to return to the programme in January for one episode, reports Entertainment Weekly.

Daniel is the former boyfriend of central character Christine, played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

The Dirty Sexy Money star will next be seen in MacBett, a retelling of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth featuring a modern-day monarchy as its backdrop.
