The 36-year-old actress, who played Kate Warner on Fox's real-time drama, has reportedly been cast in the recurring role of a mysterious "security specialist" who helps an assistant district attorney unravel a financial scam.
The story arc will see her reunited with fellow 24 alum Reiko Aylesworth, who was recently cast in the third season.
Additionally, Martin Short and Campbell Scott have joined Damages as series regulars. Aylesworth will play the wife of Scott's character, who is tied to the money scheme.
Damages returns for its third season in 2010.
