Fox picks up 'Little Genius'
Published Thursday, Nov 12 2009, 08:10 GMT | By Mike Moody

Genius comes from Mark Burnett Productions and Zoo Productions, the team behind the network's Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? franchise.
The forthcoming show will feature children, ages 6 to 12, competing to answer "increasingly difficult questions as they work their way up to win their family hundreds of thousands of dollars," according to a Fox press release.
Their parents can choose to walk away with the accumulated cash at any time.
The parents will decide whether to trust their genius's answers by consulting with a panel of experts. If they think their child has answered incorrectly, they can opt to end the game.
