TLC orders 'Mall Cop' reality show

TLC has started production on a new reality show called Mall Cops: Mall of America, reports The Wrap.

The half-hour series will centre on the men and women who work security at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, the largest shopping mall in the US.

A total of 12 episodes have been ordered by the network.

TLC aired a one-hour special of the same name earlier this year. The instalment reportedly earned enough ratings to be picked up for a full series.
