Directly afterwards, 4.66m stayed with the Alphabet network for Paul McCartney: Good Evening New York City at 10pm. Earlier, at 8pm, a repeat of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving pulled in 6.4m.
Over on CBS, 9.96m watched the Survivor Samoa Clips Show at 8pm, then reruns of CSI and The Mentalist put in 8.73m and 9.2m at 9pm and 10pm respectively.
Two re-airings of The Office each averaged 2.68m for NBC during the 8pm hour, then the audience climbed to 5.17m during the 9pm screening of NBC's People Of The Year. The Jay Leno Show managed 5.28m at 10pm.
Reruns of The Vampire Diaires and Supernatural were seen by 2.5m and 2.21m at 8pm and 9pm.
Fox's screening of Night At The Museum averaged 6.65m across the 8pm-10pm period.
