The ratings-challenged show, starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar and produced by Steven Bochco, premiered in 2008. TNT renewed it for a 15-episode second season in June.
"Unfortunately, ratings for Raising the Bar's second season did not reach the levels required for TNT to renew the series," the network commented in a statement.
Only 12 season two episodes have aired so far. TNT has not announced plans to air the remaining three episodes.
