'Scrubs' returns to 4.5 million

Also on the Alphabet network, a Modern Family rerun managed 5.47m at 8.30pm, and 5.46m watched The Forgotten at 10pm.
An NCIS encore logged 11.81m for CBS at 8.30pm, then the audience climbed to 13.5m for a Two And A Half Men rerun at 9.30pm. At 10pm, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show drew 7.97m.
The Biggest Loser continued to perform well for NBC, drawing 9.97m between 9pm and 11pm. Fox's two-hour So You Think You Can Dance didn't fare so well, putting in 5.72m from 8.30pm.
90210 and Melrose Place attracted 2.21m and 1.42m for The CW at 8pm and 9pm respectively.
The Presidential Address performed as follows for the networks: 10.16m tuned in on CBS, NBC's screening logged 8.65m, 7.46m watched on ABC, and Fox's managed 4.57m.
