The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star was drafted in as a temporary replacement for Elisabeth Hasselbeck last September while the regular presenter was on maternity leave.
She will join Hasselbeck, Whoopi Goldberg, Barbara Walters, Joy Behar and Sherri Shepherd on the March 11 instalment of the series.
The network has also confirmed that Valerie Bertinelli will co-host on March 4, while Victoria Beckham and Meghan McCain have previously been tapped to appear.
