'Chuck' finale to air in May

NBC has announced an airdate for the third season finale of action comedy Chuck.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Chuck will end its current season with a two-hour episode on Monday, May 24.

The series started off strong this year, earning 7.69 million viewers for its January premiere.

Back to the Future star Christopher Lloyd will appear in an upcoming instalment, due to debut in April or May.

Chuck airs Monday nights on NBC.
