'Deadwood' gets third season

HBO has given the go-ahead to a third season of Deadwood, the premium network confirmed today.
"Deadwood is a dazzling and unpredictable show that has connected with both subscribers and critics," said HBO Entertainment president Carolyn Strauss.
The show's second season started airing in the US on March 6.
