The former Office star told Digital Spy that she is a big fan of the Joseph Fiennes-fronted drama series.
"I've been watching FlashForward at the moment with Joe Fiennes. I've really enjoyed it! Maybe I should try for a part in that and wade in with my ideas!" she said.
Davis, whose previous small screen credits include Ugly Betty, Reaper and Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip, also revealed that she is once again looking for work in the US.
"Pilot season begins and it's good fun. You have to see the cup half-full most of the time and when things seem ridiculous you've got to rejoice in the farcical-ness of it all!" she said.
"I read a really great HBO script with Laura Dern - I wish I could remember the name. I've read so many but it's really unusual for one to pop out so it's nice when something does but I don't know if it's going to be picked up yet. We'll have to wait and see."
Davis will next be seen in ITV1 dramedy Married, Single, Other, which begins tonight at 9pm.
