Bieber, Rihanna for Kids' Choice Awards

According to People, Nickelodeon, the network airing the ceremony, has announced that it is also launching a parallel contest for Bieber fans.
The competition runs from March 3 to March 10 and along with a flight to LA and tickets to the show, the winner will be able to walk the orange carpet, attend the singer's pre-show rehearsal and have a private meet-and-greet.

Comedian Kevin James will host the 23rd annual Kids' Choice Awards on March 27.
