Janeane Garofalo joins CBS medical pilot

The untitled show, which is being produced by John Wells, focuses on a group of doctors who travel around the United States helping people in medical crises.
Entertainment Weekly says that Garofalo, who previously starred in The West Wing, will play the chief nurse and operations manager Angel.
The character is said to be calm, compassionate and vital to the organisation.
Twilight star Rachelle Lefevre has also joined the cast of the show.
