The US president will make a cameo on the long-running show to discuss the impact of the programme over its 22-year run as well as his administration's initiatives to tackle crime.
Obama is further expected to discuss government support of state and local law enforcement and his plans to come down harder on "white collar" criminals - who have also been the focus of America's Most Wanted in recent times.
To date, the series has played a role in the capture of over 1,100 fugitives, including 17 from the FBI's 'Ten Most Wanted' list.
The episode will air on March 6 at 9pm ET on Fox.
