The 46-year-old actor, who played Dr Sean McNamara from 2003 until the series finale last night, said that he is already missing his co-star.
"I already miss seeing [McMahon] every day," he told TV Guide. "Every morning, the sun wouldn't even be up and we'd be sipping on coffee and talking about things and laughing a lot."
Walsh also said that the show's final scene was "odd", describing it as the opposite of "happy and jubilant".
