ABC Family recently renewed the comedy for a fourth season despite rumours that it would be cancelled.
However, creator Sean Smith told Entertainment Weekly that he does not expect the show to continue.
"That is the plan," he said. "We're all looking at this as an opportunity to come back, wrap up the show, and end strong. ABC Family could've ended it, but they gave us this opportunity and I don't want to squander it."
Meanwhile, an ABC Family spokesperson dismissed rumours that Dilshad Vadsaria, who plays Rebecca Logan, is leaving the show.
However, Smith added that he is hoping Charisma Carpenter (Tegan Walker) and Michael Rady (Max Tyler) will return for the final season.
