'Numb3rs' star lands 'Castle' guest spot

The actress, best known for playing Theresa Diaz on the The O.C, has more recently appeared as mathematician Amita Ramanujan in the CBS crime drama Numb3rs, which ended its sixth season in the US last night.
According to TV Guide, Rawat will play mummification expert Rachel Walters on the ABC comedy drama.
Rachel crosses paths with Beckett (Stana Katic) and Castle (Nathan Fillion) when the Natural History Museum's assistant curator, Will Medina, is found murdered. She then informs the team that Will might have been cursed because he disturbed ancient tombs to create the museum's newest exhibit.
The episode, titled 'Wrapped Up In Death', is to air on Saturday, April 5 at 10pm on ABC.
