HBO announces 'True Blood' premiere date

The network will debut the third season of the Southern Gothic vampire drama on Sunday, June 13.
The second season finale of True Blood drew 5.1 million viewers, with a weekly average of nearly 12 million viewers over its run.
Season three will feature a cast including Joe Manganiello, Kevin Alejandro, Lindsay Pulsipher and Cooper Huckabee, alongside veteran members Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer.
True Blood won a Television Critics Association Award for 'Outstanding New Programme of the Year', a Golden Globe and received recognition from the Producers Guild, the Screen Actors Guild, and the Writers Guild.
