According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor and singer will both present at the 23rd annual award ceremony.
Also lined up to attend are Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Chris Rock, Jackie Chan, Jonah Hill, Queen Latifah, David Spade, Lea Michele, Dev Patel, Miranda Cosgrove and snowboarder Shaun White.
US Olympic speed-skater Apolo Anton Ohno has agreed to be catapulted into green slime at the gathering.
The broadcast will be hosted by comedian Kevin James this coming Saturday.
