O'Brien, who left NBC earlier this year, has been linked to Fox for some time.
However, his manager Gavin Polone told Fox News: "He is not even close [to signing a new contract]. I don't know where that's all coming from.
"We've met with a few places and been in talks but nothing is even near being finalised."
O'Brien's settlement with NBC means that he is not allowed to return to television until September, but Polone claimed that the talkshow host has received several proposals and is focusing on his live tour.
"We've had so many different offers for different things," he explained. "Conan has been offered all sorts of movie roles, but we've had to say no because with the tour there just isn't time for it."
Polone added: "Everything is going extremely well, it's all excitement right now. And the loyalty of his fans has just been amazing."
