The Sons of Tucson actor will co-star with Jason Biggs in multi-camera comedy True Love, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The show centres on four New York City friends dealing with love and relationships.
Biggs plays a lawyer who falls in love with a stranger (Minka Kelly) but is stuck in a long-term relationship. Labine will play his best friend, a lawyer who does not believe in the concept of love.
Labine replaces Balls of Fury star Dan Fogler in the role.
Love is in second position to Labine's current job on Sons of Tucson.
The 31-year old also co-starred in The CW’s Reaper.
