ABC for high stakes gameshow 'Downfall'

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series will feature contestants answering trivia questions on top of a big city skyscraper.
The participants will compete for $1m in cash.
Losers could see their winnings tossed off the side of the building. It is said that the players could also take a controlled dive off the building, but that has yet to be confirmed.
Fremantle Media North America is behind the programme.
Downfall is expected to premiere in the summer.
