Barry O'Brien and Richard Correll are reportedly suing Disney for bonuses from Hannah Montana.

The show's creators allege that they were promised extra rewards from the programme's success, but Disney would not give the money to them, TMZ reports.

Correll is also suing on grounds of wrongful termination, asserting that he was fired as a director for complaining to the Writer's Guild of America.

The amount asked for is apparently in the millions.

A third creator, Michael Poryes, has already sued for merchandising royalties.
