Law & Order: SVU executive producer Neal Baer has revealed details of Sharon Stone's guest role on the show.

Stone plays Jo Marlowe, an assistant district attorney and former police officer who knows Stabler (Christopher Meloni).

"She trained him when he was a rookie," Baer told Entertainment Weekly. "He finds out she's the new ADA and goes, 'Oh, man'."

Baer added that Stone's character, who will appear in four episodes, often says "the right wrong things".

"She asks Benson [Mariska Hargitay] if she's ever slept with Stabler," he continued. "Benson's like, 'What? He's married!' Her response is, 'Yeah... so?'"

Stone's first Law & Order: SVU episode is expected to air on April 28.
