Aisha Tyler, Scott Foley join CBS pilot

Aisha Tyler and Scott Foley have reportedly joined a CBS comedy pilot.

Open Books, set in a publishing house in New York, also stars Laura Benanti as book editor June.

Deadline claims that Tyler has now signed up for the role of June's best friend, a waitress.

Meanwhile, Foley has allegedly agreed to play a writer who once had a relationship with June.

However, Foley will appear as a guest star as he has already joined the cast of ABC's True Blue.
