'Romantically Challenged' delivers 11.6m

Monday night's premiere of Romantically Challenged drew 11.56m for ABC, early viewing figures show.

The comedy series, which stars Alyssa Milano, was beaten by a repeat of The Big Bang Theory on CBS, seen by 11.67m between 9.30pm and 10pm.

Meanwhile, the latest edition of Dancing With The Stars continued to perform well for the Alphabet network, with 21.2m tuning in between 8pm and 9.30pm and peaking with 22.37m in the last half hour. 10.48m then watched a new episode of Castle.

Over on Fox, House held up with 10.56m at 8pm, then 24 rose 600k week-on-week to fetch 8.93m.

How I Met Your Mother and Rules of Engagement took 7.66m and 7.45m for CBS in the 8pm hour, then reruns of Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory brought in 11.37m and 11.67m. At 10pm, CSI: Miami had 11.66m.

NBC's Trauma put in 4.59m in the 9pm hour, sandwiched between repeats of Chuck and Law & Order, which notched up 2.88m and 4.32m.
