In the show, the Friends star plays psychologist Fiona Wallice, a therapist who gives her patients advice over a webcam.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Showtime has now picked up all 45 episodes of the 10-minute show.
The network is planning to convert the programme into half-hour episodes by combining three instalments into one and commissioning extra material.
Showtime entertainment president Robert Greenblatt said: "I'm a huge Lisa Kudrow fan, and I think it's a clever show she's put together. It's a great little coup for us."
The series, which has previously featured Kudrow's Friends co-star Courteney Cox, will debut on Showtime later this year.
