South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone received a warning from a radical Muslim group recently after they featured a satirical discussion about the Prophet Mohammed.
The duo later revealed that the following episode of the cartoon was censored by Comedy Central.
Entertainment Weekly reports that The Simpsons has now backed the pair with a joke.
During the title sequence of a recent show, Bart Simpson wrote on the blackboard: "South Park - we'd stand beside you if we weren't so scared."
Jon Stewart also recently offered his support to Stone and Parker.
