Jane Lynch (Constance Carmell) left the show to join Glee at the end of the first season, while Adam Scott (Henry Pollard) will soon move on to work on Parks And Recreation.
However, Scott explained that he would happily return for three episodes if the show was granted a third season.
Meanwhile, executive producer Rob Thomas said that it is "possible" the show could survive even if more cast members left.
"When we originally pitched the show, one of the appeals was that catering people come and go," he told Fancast. "We don't have the money to be like, 'You're in a 10-year deal'. So we always knew it was a possibility and then with Jane we sort of had a little taste for it."
Megan Mullally, who joined the show to replace Jane's character, said that she "would be back for sure", while Ken Marino (Ron Donald) explained: "We all want to come back next season. We love, love, love the show."
Party Down continues Fridays at 10pm on Starz.
