According to The Hollywood Reporter, viewers are planning to gather in at least four cities dressed in the show's Buy More uniform.
The campaign, which is being organised by website ChuckTV, will see fans descend on Chicago, Seattle, San Diego and Philadelphia.
Last year, the website urged fans to buy sandwiches from the show's sponsor Subway to prove that viewers would support the programme's advertisers.
The series' co-creator Josh Schwartz said: "Chuck fans are the most loyal, dedicated, imaginative and passionate fans any show could ever hope for. Every season they offer more proof they should be licensed and professional fans teaching other fans how it's done.
"This is yet another example of their awesomeness. We are, as always, grateful and inspired to deliver a show as good to them as they are to us."
