Holliday Grainger has signed up for a role in a new Showtime drama.
According to the Daily Mail, the British actress will play Lucrezia Borgia in the ten-part series.
The Borgias will focus on the infamous family who governed Renaissance Italy and also stars Jeremy Irons and David Jacobi.
Grainger recently starred in the BBC Three pilot Stanley Park and has previously had roles in Five Daughters, Demons, Robin Hood and Merlin.
Shooting for The Borgias is expected to begin in Budapest next month.
