AMC in talks for college football drama

The Wreck is from John Lee Hancock, who directed Oscar-winning movie The Blind Side.
It focuses on a head coach who tries to reverse the fortunes of a struggling football team to avoid losing his job.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, AMC is now in talks to pick up the project for development.
Hancock is also executive producing the show alongside production company Anonymous Content.
