Writer sues ABC over 'Lost'

Spinner claims that he first thought of the premise about a group of plane crash survivors stranded in a jungle and that he was commissioned by Sid and Marty Krofft Productions to create a series for ABC entitled Lost.
Spinner, who has worked on such shows as The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and Cannon, filed the suit last Friday, claiming entitlement to royalties and unspecified damages for fraud and breach of contract.
