Fox News accused of discrimination

A lawsuit accusing sexual harassment has been brought against US TV channel Fox News.
It was initiated by America's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and relates to men being favoured over women for employment.
Specifically charged is the channel’s vice president of advertising promotions Joe Chillemi.
It is alleged that he has regularly used vulgar language to female employees. Court documents accuse him of having said: "If it came down between a man or a woman, of course I'd pick the man. The woman would most likely get pregnant and leave."
Speaking for Fox, lawyer Steven Mintz said: “We fully investigated this matter and believe the charges to be baseless and we question the motivation behind the filing of this lawsuit."
