According to a press release on the show's official website, Vanessa Bayer, Paul Brittain, Taran Killam and Jay Pharaoh will make their debut appearances when the series returns later this month.
However, Entertainment Weekly reports that Jenny Slate - who joined the show in 2009 - will not be returning, although NBC and Slate have yet to comment on the report.
The premiere episode of the sketch show's 36th season will be guest hosted by former SNL star and current Parks And Recreation actress Amy Poehler, while Katy Perry will provide the musical performance.
Saturday Night Live returns September 25 on NBC.
