Mena Suvari to guest star in 'Psych'

The American Beauty actress will appear in one episode of the show, Fancast reports.
She is expected to play a woman called Allison Cowley, who claims to have escaped after being captured by the serial killer YIN.
Her revelation reportedly prompts Shawn (James Roday) to hunt down the murderer.
Psych returns on USA on November 10. Suvari's episode, called 'YIN 3 in 2D', will air later this year.
