The former Incredible Hulk star is joining the show as a bodyguard called Gerard.
Chuck (Zachary Levi) and Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) will meet Gerard while they are on a mission in Milan.
"My character gets sidetracked when he falls in love," Ferrigno told TV Guide. "He's guarding an evil spy played by Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova."
He continued: "When Chuck tries to discourage me, I try to take him down, but then he puts me in a trance."
Chuck continues on Monday at 8/7c on NBC.
