In the new reality competition, would-be brides compete in a series of challenges in order to win plastic surgery before their wedding, according to OK.
"Well Bridalplasty, it's just full on reality explosive television, but it's still fun and I think that there has been crazier stuff on television. Women will love it," she said.
She continued: "It's cool though because there are some girls that lost their breasts to breast cancer and getting breast implants is life changing for them. So there are some good stories there, as well as some exploitive."
Moakler added that while she has never undergone plastic surgery, she would not rule out a cosmetic procedure in the future.
"I would. I haven't had any yet, but I want to have one more child and then I think I'll go and Demi Moore-it out," the reality host joked.
Bridalplasty is to air on E! in the coming months.
